This training has two main objectives: to present in an exhaustive way the concepts and important functionalities of PHP and MySQL so that you have the necessary tools and skills to start programming as soon as possible. at the end of the course and ensure that you develop your skills and be as independent as possible by the end of the training.

To serve these two objectives, TST offers you a broad overview of languages ​​where each major concept will be presented, studied and illustrated and during which TST will push you to be as proactive as possible.

Indeed, rather than simply touching on or worse avoiding relatively complex concepts, we will particularly focus on them and dissect them so that you truly understand how languages ​​work.

In addition to this, TST will provide you with many examples and exercises for you to do on your own during this training in order to force you to confront the difficulties and so that you can make sure you have truly understood how such a work works. or such concept.

This way of proceeding is in our opinion the best way to quickly make yourself independent. If you make the effort to take the time to redo the examples and exercises, you should be able to complete most of your projects by the end of class.

This training is therefore intended for any person or employee who is curious and motivated by learning PHP and MySQL. As PHP and SQL do not depend on any other language and are relatively easy to learn and understand languages, there is no level or prior knowledge required to take this training; it is therefore open to everyone.

The only prerequisite necessary to follow this training in good conditions is to know at least the role and the basic syntax of HTML. Having knowledge of CSS is a plus.

Plan and course of the course

this training contains 17 sections which are linked in a logical order and consistent. TST therefore recommends that you follow them in the order proposed to get the most out of this training since some lessons will reuse notions seen in previous lessons.

We will start by focusing on PHP, by studying first essential concepts common to many programming languages ​​such as variables, functions and control structures.

We will then progressively move towards more advanced notions of PHP by learning to manipulate dates , files and user data and then finally see what regular expressions are and how to use their power in PHP before tackling much of object oriented programming.

In the second big part of this training, we will discover the syntax of SQL then learn how to manipulate MySQL databases using PHP code.
